Why We Started Manodarpan
- We observed that millions of students were making some of the most important decisions of their lives based on peer influence, societal expectations, incomplete information, or instinct rather than a deep understanding of their own potential, interests, aptitude, and aspirations.
- At the same time, they were navigating increasing levels of career uncertainty, information overload, academic pressure, and emotional stress, often without timely guidance or support.
- Educational institutions, Government bodies & Corporate felt the need for an integrated, technology-enabled, scalable platform that could go beyond academics to support career readiness, student wellbeing, inclusive student development, parent engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
